The Tasks tool will show you all existing tasks you are assigned to on ftrack for a specific project and allow you to select which one you will be working on. It is mandatory to select the correct task to work on (only the texturing one is used in Painter) because the pipeline will pick it up and publish your files to the according task on the server and ftrack.

Features:

• Search and filter tasks by name and statuses.

  • Reminder that only the texturing task is used in Painter.

• Task list that auto-populates based on assigned tasks in ftrack and the filters used.

• Displays task status and latest thumbnails.

To open the tool My Tasks: Pipeline > My Tasks

Open

1. Select desired task from the list.

2. Click Go to context (selected) button.

3. Current selected task is highlighted in green.
